Office Depot Return Process:

Once your Office Depot items have been delivered and you find you need to return items

  • Navigate to the bottom left-hand corner of the Office Depot web page to the heading Customer Service, select Returns/Withdrawals

  • Verify that your name and email address are correct

  • Choose the reason for return from the drop-down list

  • In the text entry field under Further information/data on return, specify the article number in the box you are returning and the number of items you want to return

  • Select the Submit button

  • You will receive an email with an Authorization Code

  • Put the code on the box you are returning

  • Call the Warehouse for pick up
